Ralph Simon is a leading authority on mobile content and the distribution of copyrighted works over technology networks. Simon is Chairman of the Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF) for the Americas and as Executive Vice President of Capitol Records in the mid 90's where he was instrumental in launching EMI's global New Technology & New Media division. He recently was responsible for organising the global mobile layer for the world-wide Live8 concert series and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (UK) and a member of the Academy of Recorded Arts & Sciences (US).
