The purpose of this document is to report on MOSHITO ‘04, which took place at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg on 21-23 July 2004. The report will also take the reader through the entire journey from the conception of the idea through to its implementation. The objective is to give the reader an understanding of the MOSHITO analysis of the issues confronting the industry, the strategy of how the event can contribute to the resolution thereof and implementation of the actual event. Further, the report will act as a basis to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of MOSHITO ’04, and as a result act as an input resource into the planning process for future MOSHITOs.
