| Sipho Sithole reports back on a Department of Arts and Culture-initiated mission to France to look at ways of giving effect to the cooperation agreement entered into between SA’s Ministry of Arts and Culture and France’s Ministry of Culture and Communication. Mr. Sithole will give feedback on the learnings, observations and opportunities identified by the delegation, and make recommendations for future French-South African cooperation. |
